Mod Mutant Creatures

The Mutant Creatures Mod introduces 20 new mutants to Minecraft, transforming ordinary mobs into larger, scarier, and more powerful creatures. This mod significantly raises the game's difficulty level, as each mutant is considerably stronger than its original counterpart. Notably, none of the mutants are affected by fall damage or knockback.

By adding unique creatures that serve as enhanced versions of existing Minecraft mobs, this mod offers players challenging encounters and the opportunity for greater rewards. Each mutant drops a special item that players can utilize strategically.

• Mutant Zombie & Husk: An upgraded iteration of the standard zombie, capable of resurrecting and growing stronger each time it falls. These mutants can summon minions temporarily, but can be ultimately defeated by using flint and steel effectively.
• Mutant Bouldering & Lobber Zombie: Unique mutants resembling zombies from Minecraft Earth. Lobber Zombies throw poisonous flesh, while Bouldering Zombies climb walls with their strengthened arms similar to spiders.
• Mutant Creeper: This beast with four legs and a twisted neck appears spider-like yet more menacing. Mutant Creepers exhibit intensified explosive power, summon minions, and are immune to explosions themselves. Once weakened, fleeing is a prudent tactic.
• Mutant Skeleton & Stray: These archer masters wield special arrows that penetrate any target they strike. When knocked down for the first time, they enter a second explosive phase before disintegrating after a second knockdown.
